Privacy Policy

Overview

Swiftix is an Apple-platform app for running local virtual machines. It does not require a Swiftix account and does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and its optional network features.

Information stored on your device

Swiftix stores virtual-machine files and configuration, snapshots, network topology, terminal state, and app settings inside the app's local container. This information remains on your device unless you choose to export it or transmit it through a virtual machine's network connection.

Files you select

Import and export features access only files or locations you select through the system file picker. Swiftix uses that access to complete the requested import or export and does not automatically upload the selected file to us.

Network activity

If you connect a virtual machine to a NAT network or run a network command, Swiftix opens connections at your direction. The destination service can receive ordinary connection information, including your public IP address, request time, and requested resource. Its own privacy policy governs how it handles that information.

The bundled system includes the Swiftix package repository as its default package source. When you use that source, the Swiftix repository infrastructure may process ordinary request and connection information to deliver packages, maintain service reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Purchases

Swiftix Pro purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Swiftix receives product and verified entitlement status but does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles purchase information under its own privacy policy.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent personal information. Local app data remains until you delete it in Swiftix or remove the app. Operational records generated by the Swiftix package service are retained only as needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, or to meet legal obligations.

Children's privacy

Swiftix does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Its local virtual-machine and learning features do not require an account.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Swiftix's features or data practices change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. For privacy questions, contact the maintainers through the Swiftix app support tracker. Do not include sensitive personal information in a public issue.

购买

Swiftix Pro 的购买与恢复购买由 Apple 通过 StoreKit 处理。Swiftix 会获取产品信息及经验证的权益状态，但不会获取你的银行卡信息。购买信息由 Apple 按照其自身的隐私政策处理。

共享与保留

我们不会出售或出租个人信息。本地应用数据会一直保留，直到你在 Swiftix 中删除相应内容或卸载应用。Swiftix 软件包服务产生的运行记录，仅在运营、保护和排查服务问题或履行法律义务所需的期限内保留。

儿童隐私

Swiftix 不会有意收集儿童的个人信息；其本地虚拟机和学习功能无需账户即可使用。
